Supplementary Table 8: Comparison of clinical characteristics across pregnancy outcome groups (A-D).

Categorical variables were tested using the chi-square statistical test. In cases where expected counts were < 5, groups A and B and groups C and D were grouped. Continuous variables were assessed using the Kruskal-Wallis statistical test. Multiple-testing correction was performed using the Benjamini-Hochberg FDR procedure. A: Full Term (Control); B: Full Term Early Membrane Rupture (PROM); (C) Preterm Labor (PTL); (D) Premature Early Membrane Rupture (PPROM).
